A six-piece lightbox series by artist Luis West, created for the Aethos hotel collection. The work celebrates the colors, moods, and sensory memories shared by the brand’s two coastal destinations: Mallorca and Lisboa. Inspired by the natural palettes of both places —sea and river blues, warm earth tones, evergreen foliage, and luminous skies— each piece captures an emotional moment shaped by light.
Presented across Aethos Mallorca and Aethos Club Lisboa, the series forms a visual dialogue between two landscapes that, despite their differences, share a Mediterranean spirit, a slow rhythm, and a deep connection to water, warmth, and horizon. In each location, the lightboxes respond to their surrounding atmosphere, subtly adapting to the changing energy of the day and the experience of the space.
