We assist our customers in a conscious purchasing experience, knowing we are committed to invest in our artists’ careers, creating future exhibitions, events and strategic partnerships.
Please note that we hold no inventories; each print is made-to-order. Once checkout is completed, your purchase money is used to pay for the production/promotion and the benefits are deposited into the photographer’s account. If you want to make any changes or cancel your order, occasionally we may have a same-day window, depending on how quickly the print shop processes the order. Therefore, please contact us for this purpose; otherwise, prints will be in production.
Returns policy that benefits the costumer: our exchange and credit policies are appealing to Dare costumers. We offer a 15 calendar-day exchange period following delivery of the product, only if the product arrives damaged.*
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these criteria. Make sure to email us with all the required information for any return, along with picture(s) and a detailed description of the damage. Please note that we do not make any refunds; we will provide a store credit for the amount paid for your returned product.
