Born and raised in the US.
Currently, in Marseille and Paris after several years in Switzerland.
Photography has always been linked to my interest in design. I studied architecture and public communications in the US and France, prior to moving to Switzerland where I worked as an architect for over six years. Photography has always been a key outlet for my work, whether integrating with architecture projects or independently. I have always had a vision for framing atmospheres.
After moving to France and leaving an architecture practice after five years I had the challenge to start my own projects and to make difficult but exciting decisions. I have always seen photography as essential to documenting the built world and offering my own vision from a particular time and feeling.
My work mainly focuses on the interaction between the natural and built world, and people. They are photographs that capture the essence of places in a time.
