LUIS WEST x LIONSPEED GP x DARE COLLECTIVE
A celebration of art, motorsport, and creative synergy.
At Dare Collective, one of our core missions is to seek out opportunities that unite artistic vision with innovative industries. That’s why we’re incredibly excited to share this collaboration, a perfect example of artist management and placement in action.
This project began when the team at Lionspeed GP approached us with a bold idea: to bridge the world of motorsports with contemporary art. As they describe themselves.

Their vision was to create something memorable, a physical object to commemorate the legendary 2025 CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa, held every June in Belgium. They wanted a keepsake for supporters and motorsport lovers alike, something that went beyond the usual memorabilia.
“Translucent art lives in dialogue with light. Whether natural or artificial, each source of light alters the color, the reflections, and the overall experience. Plexiglass bends and scatters light, creating evolving shadows and tones. This constant motion mirrors the fluidity of motorsport never still, always alive.”

And so, this dream collaboration took shape.
Luis was invited to design a custom livery for the No. 80 Porsche 911 GT3 R a defining Art Car for the 2025 Spa race. The result is a stunning fusion of form, gradient color, and dynamic lines that reflect Luis’ visual language and Lionspeed GP’s striking identity.
The collaboration was truly cross-disciplinary. Over several months, Dare Collective worked closely with Luis and the Lionspeed GP team, coordinating studio visits in Berlin, creative direction sessions, and back-and-forth design refinements all to ensure the final livery was nothing short of iconic. For Luis, it was a dream come true: seeing his signature aesthetic interpreted on a completely new canvas (a race car) with all its curves, speed, and power.
To mark the occasion and expand the story beyond the track, we created a limited art collection with Luis West, featuring a selection of his signature PILLS and LIGHTBOXES. These pieces are more than objects — they’re an extension of the car design, distilled into collectible form.

Inspired by the ever-changing atmosphere of a 24-hour race, each piece captures the full spectrum of hues: from the cool tones of dawn, to the warm glow of sunset, and the mystery of nightfall.”
Available in very limited quantities, these pieces were created for collectors and motorsport enthusiasts to bring the roar of Spa, the spirit of endurance racing, and the elegance of Luis West’s art into your space.
